HBA 2010 Builder of the Year Award!

I am proud to announce that Arbor Custom Homes has been selected as the recipient of the 2010 Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland’s “Builder Member of the Year” award. The HBA’s Nominating Committee evaluated several nominees based on criteria in four principal areas of service: Support of the industry, Leadership in the HBA, involvement in the HBA, and community involvement. The committee came to the conclusion that Arbor Custom Homes was most deserving of this year’s award.



Arbor will be recognized and presented this award at the HBA Builders Ball on Saturday evening November 20th. This kind of recognition is not possible without the leadership Wally and Dennis provide and all of the help from our team! I am very proud to both own an Arbor Home and to be able to share with others why they should invest in an Arbor Home!

Welcome to Ridgecrest by Arbor Custom Homes in beautiful Happy Valley, Oregon!

Happy Valley real estate has seen an increase in showings in the last few months and I felt a blog would be a great way to show how beautiful this neighborhood truly is. Ridgecrest has amazing views of both Mt Hood and the south valley from atop majestic home sites. These home sites are at least 10,000 sqaure feet and most have very usable backyards! There have been 5 pre-sales that are currently under construction and a finished home sold just a few weeks ago.. Ridgecrest will have it's first neighbor in an Arbor built home coming this Friday!
